Ancillary Outing Services

On Course Food Stations
Maximum of 2 on course stations, offering food and soft drinks.  Stations will be located at the 5th and/or 13th tees and staffed and operated by our friendly staff.  Outing guests will receive 2 additional food tickets for use at the on course food stations or in the snack bar. Price $300 per station.

On Course Beverage Cart Package
Provides an open tab on the course for your guests.  Items available to your guests: beer, soft drinks, water, ice tea, and lemonade.  Price $14.00 per person, includes tax & gratuity.

A Professional Photographer is available to photograph each foursome upon tee off.  Photos are then available during your group’s post event banquet.  Price $7.00 per person.

Hole In One Insurance
A new car, a Carribean cruise, CASH...Wow your guests with some impressive prizes.  It's easier than you think. Prizes and insurance are available to make your outing a memorable one.  Contact Taylor Meadow’s Special Events Coordinator for details and pricing. Example:  120 Players, 172 yd hold in one, $10,000 Prize. Example Price $290.00.

Custom Banners
Welcome your golfers or provide advertisement for a sponsor with a custom banner. Each banner is 3’ x 8’, 2 letter colors, and weatherproof. Price $175.00 each.

Sponsor Signs
11”x17”, Colorful Sponsor Signs with your Tournament name on them. 
Price: 1-18 signs, $14.00 each, 19 or more signs, $12.00 each.

Hole Spotters
Everyone wants to golf and no one wants to sit and watch? Taylor Meadows will provide a hole spotter for your Hole-in-One Contests. Price-$50 per spotter, 6 hour max.

The Golfer’s Goody Bag contains: Sleeve of Golf Balls, Bag of Tees, Brass Divot Tool, and a  $5.00 Gift Card for use in Meadows’ Pro Shop.
The Collector’s Goody Bag contains:  Meadow’s Logo Golf Ball, and Classic Divot Tool with Magnetic Ball Mark with the Meadows’ Logo.
Price: $15.00 per Goody Bag, 12 bag minimum.
