On Sunday, June 13th, Taylor Meadow’s held its 13th Annual Women’s Tournament. Fair weather and the newly introduced shotgun start happily sent 40 golfers out for some friendly competition. Playing in a scramble format, the 40 golfers compromised 20 two-woman teams.

Winning for an astonishing 6th time, Debbie House and Angie Fleming shot an impressive 74. Their victory didn’t come with ease, however. Shooting an almost equally impressive 75, Arezell Brown and Rosalyn Leflore took home the 2nd place trophies and prizes. Congratulations to all of our winners!

Another fun staple of the Women’s Tournament is the "Closest to the Pin" contests featured on two of our Par 3 holes. Rewarded with gift cards for their fantastic shots, Bernice Puckett and Alison Neff were this years winners. Congratulations ladies! Several other participants also took home gift cards in our appreciation raffle.
