2011 Par Three Shoot Out Results

The 5th annual Par Three Shootout at Taylor Meadows took place on Sunday, April 17th. The popular event consisted of 61 two-person teams competing in a two-person scramble. With the course converted to a par-54 layout, golfers faced challenging holes ranging from 88 to 201 yards. Mother Nature decided to make the competition even tougher, dealing out chilly temps and gusting winds that dramatically altered club selections.

Despite the difficult conditions, several teams came in with strong scores. Finishing at even par 54, Bob and James Peurach became the 5th Champions of the Par Three Shootout. At 2-over par 56, Mark Molnar and Frank Alter took 2nd place. Rounding out the top 4 were former champs Chuck Hokey and Bill Bergdoll (3-over par 57) and Mike Lederle and Derek Mitchell (4-over par 58.) Congratulations to our 2011 Champions and every team that placed!
